In collaboration with Across the Pond the University of Lincoln International Office is proud to present 7 special scholarships worth £3000 each*

These scholarships will be awarded to well-qualified students who demonstrate academic, personal or professional achievement in their personal statement

These scholarships are only available to students who apply to study at the University and make their application through Across the Pond

These scholarships are open to applicants from USA , Canada , Brazil , Chile , Colombia and Mexico who will be enrolling to study on any University of Lincoln full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme starting in the academic year commencing September 2012, including our second intake starting in January 2013.

To qualify for application to the scholarships you must first apply to the University for your place on the programme and hold an offer of acceptance (conditional or unconditional) to study at the University

These scholarships are deducted from your tuition fee on enrolment

Application process

Application for these scholarships is through Across the Pond and will be considered on the basis of outstanding academic achievement and potential. Students will be expected to demonstrate this by submitting an essay to Across the Pond and the University of Lincoln International Office.

  Normally students will be advised if they are being awarded a Across the Pond scholarship by Across the Pond as part of the confirmation of an offer of a place to study at the University.

* Terms and conditions are as follows:

• These scholarships are only available to students who are classified with an ‘overseas’ fee status and students who are self-financing students, paying full tuition fees
• Scholarship is available for first year of study only and is not available for future years
• Any award made to an applicant will be subject to the conditions of admission for academic study at the University being met in full
• Successful University of Lincoln/Across the Pond scholarship holders do not qualify to apply for any other University of Lincoln special criteria scholarship or prize
